In 2022, Fresh Country Farms Europe acquired its first orchards in Spain. The orchards are leased to a leading vertically integrated fresh fruit group. The farms are located in the Spanish citrus regions of Huelva, Valencia and Castellon.
The orchards follow sustainable agricultural practices including 700 hectares being certified as Agro Sustainable (AENOR).
